This is kind of a running joke with me and my friends, but, for me: 

Pretty much any random girl in any random anime. Ever.

There are exceptions, but for the most part, they appear to exist solely to swoon over the main character, spout stupid meaningless burbles, introduce stupid plot points, get into trouble and be saved. And even when they do something important and/or strong, they usually either revert right back to what they were before, die, or turn out to be a bad guy.

The three worst for me were Misa from Deathnote, Hinata from Naruto, and Miss Elizabeth from Black Butler.  

I have three people: Chi-Chi(Dragonball Z), Sakura(Naruto), and Relena(Gundam Wing). 

Chris Thorndike. He hogged the spotlight in sonic X.

One of the most annoying anime characters is Haruhi Suzumiya from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (Not all the time, but when she just talks and rambles for a good 5 minutes of the show, etc), and the Ouran High School Host Club chick who said she was Kyouya's wife (Renge I'm thinking, her laugh is funny at first, then just gets so annoying and irritating lol). Does anybody agree with me?

alexisonfire490 : I haven't seen much of either of those, but for the former, I agree.  Maybe Haruhi being annoying is kind of the point, but when the point of the show is 'don't make the pushy hyperactive girl angry or she'll warp reality on you,' it just gets unpleasant for me.  Or...at least, that's what I've read it's about?  But when she starts mackin' on the shy girl's boobs like she owns them and nobody stops her, I stop watching anyway.

Characters that are overtly dumb for no reason.
If it severs the story well, or if its funny, or in good taste then I don't mind.
Quite often there are characters that do not make any sense being in the story. Sometimes they are there to ride off of some other money making idea that does not turn out well when its tried in other stories. The Comical pair that don't do anything was a huge one (R2D2 and C3P0 Clones).
The Brilliant yet Insane "Key Master" (Al from Cowboy Bee-bop clones). The Character that no one cares about who dies to propel the main characters (Ben from Robotech clones). Allot of these thing get overused and annoy me. The undeclaired Rival (or Jerk in some cases) that helps the Hero (the 3rdGuyver from The Guyver Series clones).
The number one issue I have is the "Tentacle Monsters."
What makes the Japan based Creators of Comic or Cartoon Based Entertainment obsessed with the blob-like Tentacle beast?
I hope it has something to do with money. Because I am so sick of the thing. I am almost ready to Abandon all new Anime and Manga forever.

this guy is unbearable to tell his story in detail (especially the most insignificant)

Misty from Pokémon. She annoys everyone & is a super easy gym leader.

Most characters from Soul Eater are annoying. Especially Excalibur.

I didn't like that show overall, I watched it on Netflix hoping for something amazing, but really, I didn't like it.

Almost all Dragonball Z characters. Why make one "the strongest there ever was" if in the next episode they're suddenly going to get beat on by the new strongest person who will then get destroyed by the next person to be the strongest, and so on. 

My answer is no one in a anime annoys me
