This guide is for Ruby Destiny : Reign of legends

This is my first thread so if there is something you feel I should include send me a P.M.

First of the way to find a good training spot is to know what you need.If you do not have fly then you will have to walk to where you need to go which can be pretty time consuming if you use my next tip

TIP ALERT:  type advantages help you train faster giving you more exp in the same amount of time

As I said running or even biking every where will take time so if you don't have fly or your training Pokémon under level 30 then just train in a area with Pokémon that are no more than 9 levels under you.speed training helps a ton.

Now if your Pokémon knows fly just take your Pokémon to a place where it has an advantage I recommend the combee forest in Pina Francia or the bug forest east of Polaris town by sea.The path leading down from the mountain just a bit north-east of Borora town is great for water ground or rock types, also if you got the go-goggles from your rival the desert east of borora town is great for water grass and ice.For other types you'll have to find the location yourself.

Again if you think I missed anything or would like me to list another location PM me and I will figure out how to add them to this post and if not I will add to the thread. Thanks for reading my long winded guide.
