Depends. If you are talking about Game Cube, probably not. I highly doubt anybody has those things any more. And then you have the fact that I do not think the Game Cube had Internet game play. So that leads me to thinking that you are talking about 3DS, because of your friend's code you put. If that is case, probably people still do, but just not as much is my guess. I personally do not even have a 3DS, and have no reason to get one, as how I am on my laptop most of the time.

I don't play it anymore. I had it for some time, but ended up selling it for something else that I don't remember, Nya~. I don't really have much regret over it mainly cause I just didn't play it as much around the time I sold it, and because I just got completely bored from it. If a new Smash Bros game comes out, I'll definitely buy it, Nya~.

I used to play the game at home all the time with friends, but didn't play the game that much online. Mainly because the online play in that game sucked so bad. I mean it was HORRIBLE. So laggy.

I hate the entire Smash Bros franchise, and Nintendo is terrible too, all they did was take a bunch of their series that are loved for absolutely no reason, and put them all together into an even worse game.

Jordanv78 : Yeah, it can be very laggy! If ones's person's Internet is slow in the game, It lags for everyone! But, it's great online when everyone's Internet on the game is fast!

If I ever do play it, it's only ever casual and usually free-for-all with a bunch of friends. I hate how the people complain about how NOT competitive it is when Sakurai stated, himself, that he didn't want the game to be as such and make it more of a fun party game. To be honest, it works, because I still play occasionally with my friends (offline). We usually just screw around and all choose Captain Falcon because "Falcon Fests" are just the best and creates a lot of hilarity.

About online... No. I don't understand how Nintendo could mess up the online THAT badly when Mario Kart Wii, just months later, was just perfect with its lag. It's not one's Internet that messes up Brawl's online gameplay, it's the fact that their servers, for some reason, just cannot handle it. With 20MB/s download speed and my friend's 30+MB/s download speed, we were still getting ~1 second control delays, so I can confirm it's not anyone's Internet; just to throw that out there for you all.

A lot of people still play this game, and competitively too, I'm sure. I myself do play the game every now and then, but not nearly as much as I used to, like when it first came out, that would be the only thing I really played, since I loved Melee so much, and hyped it. The one game that I can actually hype and back it up with enjoyment and genuinely being entertained. Not like when Sonic 4 came out.

Though I think a lot of people just dislike the online feature of the game, because there are no bounds to the wait of getting a game with randoms, and just the lag that commonly occurs.

I still play it but not as much as online though the online function in the game is a bit too laggy so I just play super smash bros brawl with my friends and family it never gets old I don't know why it doesn't.
