I'm no good at drawing on a computer... But Maybe something like a rectangular shaped flag with a diamond inside in which the corners of the diamond is touching the edges in the middle of between the corners of each corner of the flag? I don't know quite how to explain that any easier. And then we can do something like put all of our usernames in the middle surrounded by a made-up symbol. Sound good?

Edit: Since the Mongooses team has green and blue, we shouldn't have the same colors. Any other color ideas?
