There is something similar that is on my mind as I read this, there is a company that makes a Headset that replaces a TV. It is the same concept as the Virtual Boy, but instead of a built in game system, it has Component/VGA/DVI/HDMI inputs to plus in a computer or any game system that has AV and play it privately on your headset. Unfortunately I came across this amazing device in a magazine ad about 3-4 years ago, and I do not remember the name of the company that develops it.

I honestly think that the Virtual Boy should just stay dead. If they remade it, it would probably be better, but I don't think people would be willing to take the financial dive by purchasing it.
