I just bought this controller today at Game Stop, for 20 dollars. I bought this because it was the only game pad they had, and I wanted a Game Pad for RGR. I was able to map the controls, but I was playing punch-out and I was trying to punch Bald Bulls face, but the up D-Pad, and 3,4 buttons were not responding well, the D-Pad in general feels kind of weird, like a Xbox D-Pad. I was also playing Castlevania and Simon would occasionally stop walking. I was wondering if you guys know a Game-Pad that has a ps2 style D-Pad, and a durable, preferably cheap, I was thinking a Logitech precision. It just kind of bums me out I spent 20 dollars on this thing and it kind of lousy. THANK YOU.

I suggest buying a PS2 controller and then picking up this PS2 Adapter http://tinyurl.com/2f63cdv right here which will allow you to use the controller on the computer.

Not a problem. They make most controllers now a days that can be plugged into the USB port of the PC but for those that can't normally, they do make adapters. I personally just use a 360 afterglow controller for some of my emulators.

Another option is picking up the Logitech f310. Mine just arrived a week or so ago and I've been impressed with the quality. The buttons and d-pad seem to respond well enough. Good luck.

I second the idea of buying an adapter. I bought this one, which supports N64 as well! I thought that was amazing, sense it seems that a lot of N64 games depend on some pretty precise analogue control only available on the original controllers. Here's the one I'm talking about:
