I had found a little game on deviantart that can make sonic-style fan characters and I made one in the male edition (Link: http://gen8hedgehog.deviantart.com/art/Male-Furry-Dollmaker-v1-1-64778353) and I wanted to make a drawing of him. Only one problem, I SUCK AT DRAWING!!!!! So I am willing to pay an artist Viz for a drawing of my character, Thomas the Cat. Base picture is attached. I will pay 1,000-7,000 Viz per picture. You choose the price.

I'm starting to make a running animation of Thomas and other animations like running fast,waiting,jumping,pushing and others
I will give em to you if you give me 1000 Viz for each animation (you should give me the Viz after I give the sprites to you cause I'm not done them yet and I'm not sure if I will finish them(but tell me what animations you want 2-10 sprites per animation so I can work on those ones only I'm working on running)
