Lately I've been feeling under the weather, and that has led to me staying inside and feeling a little sick.

Today I almost threw up for the first time since... like forever ago, I was back in elementary school or something.

You ever feel like this for an extended period of time despite being perfectly healthy for a long time previous? How did you assuage it?

And no, I'm not asking if you've ever been sick. =P I'm asking how you eased it =)

Personally, I just lay back and have a nice cold water and put a pillow over my head.

I haven't actually been 'sick' for years now, but when I am, I ease it by eating things that aren't hard on the stomach. Chicken noodle soup is always the common one for that. Don't eat too much. Water is good as long as you sip it and not drink it fast. When it comes to eating and drinking, doing it slow is the main thing. Otherwise, just get some sleep.

I have before felt bad but just chilled out because I did not feel just awful. I felt bad enough to not want to do anything but not bad enough that I was like wanting to die. It is rare but it is great when it happens.

When I'm sick, I usually just lay in bed and try to get as much rest as I can. I know it's also important for me to eat and drink some when I'm sick, even if I don't feel like it, so I'll usually have some delicious chicken noodle soup.

A cold is helped with anything warm in your stomach. Of course, these are just things that help me, and it might be different for everyone.
