When I'm watching television I flip through the channels, yes. But when a commercial comes on, I go through atleast 30 or 40 channels in those 2 minutes, then flip back.

It seems like I HAVE to do it because there is nothing good on TV. They give the average person nearly 400 channels and none of them, have anything good to watch.  Every now and then there is something on but usually I have to channel surf.

Oh I am very guilty of flipping through channels. Especially when there is nothing worthwhile watching or when there are a lot of commercials during programs. I know it is annoying for some people....so I only do that when nobody else is watching.
