A Tactical Battle System:

Basically it's a tactical battle script if you ever want to make a game like fire emblem or shinning force. To be honest its a lot like FF:Tactics.

As for the spirte maker, not too bad, though there has to be something better.

Facemaker's not too bad though, I remember using it a while back.

I'm looking for a real FE battle system. One that includes the actual battle screen when two characters fight. That'd be awesome. And a hell'uva job to code probably. Like the Pokemon Starter Kit I got (Pokemon Essentials) is a example of how RPGMaker XP can completely be transformed into a Pokemon game.
