Well hands down mew two would be my pick! Mew two is awesome! I wrote a game review about Pokémon psychic because you can pick him as a starter! Only thing wrong with that game only the first part of the game is hard. I would like to see a super hard Pokémon game with Mew two as a starter.

If I could start out with any Pokémon it would be...Dratini.The reason why is at level 30 it will be a dragonair then at level 60 it would be a dragonnite.Imagine having a dragonite there with you when you battle the elite four...you would wipe the floor with them lol.

I would choose to start with Ralts. Its evolutions are one of my favorites in the entire PokeDex. Not to mention that both Gardevoir and Gallade are both strong Psychic types, and Gallade has the benefit of the added Fighting type.
