wow a good licence game? yet again disney is known for that

Yeha, I acutally have to agree all the way, I liked the lion king game. I still play it sometimes on my snes, but I just hated the second level URGH! I wonder if I should make a shogun styled review on this game? Nah. I'm glad people are still putting word out there that some movie games doesn't suck at all and kick butt, like Lion King.

Shogun Gamer : Yeah, I had the same problem in the second level.  I do not know how to beat it.

Marcmoney : Ok. let's see. Maybe if I do make a shogun-styled review for the game, I can provide info on those trouble stagere. The second level takes repetition and using the level select code by entering B,E,R,R,Y somewhere in the title or options screen. Or you can just skip level 2 all together of course. But if anything, for me, the hardest part was riding the ostrich, and most people have problems with the jump. The reason why is because the game doesn't give you enough warning or any kind of idea besides jump. If i remember correctly, you are either trying to avoid any part of whatever you are jumping, or you have to jump twice, because the ostrich jumps, and then you can, but still, it's about timing really.

I actually did play this, but like I said about Aladin...on the Genesis I played, but I do own this on teh SNES, but I haven't played it yet. I'll go and try it and see if its good.

I loved this game. For me, Disney games were always 50/50 for me. Sometimes they came out with one that was addictive, fun, and never got old. Sometimes, they came out with one I got through once and rarely touched it again. This was definitely in the former category. Although, it really was one of the more difficult Disney games. At first, the 'Can't wait to be king' level was a pain. I lost a lot of lives nailing down the timing with the ostrich. What was worse was remembering what the trees looked like so I knew when to double jump or single jump when they no longer gave you the arrow warnings. Figuring out which monkeys to roar at to get them to throw you in the right directions took forever That really took a lot of guess and check work until I finally got them all in the right place. I really hated when I got thrown to a monkey who was positioned to just slam dunk me in the water. But for me, the hardest level, hands down, was the volcanic level. There are so many things that hurt you. And there are so many bats and lava drips that go after you when you are those narrow moving platforms where you die if you fall off. What ticked me off was the end of the level. I didn't realize you are supposed to stand on the stone that gets blown up. I got there, couldn't go further, and wondered what the hell I was supposed to do. Despite all that, still a fun game.
