The item I have seen the least would have to be a mobile scarf, only twice do I actually remember finding one somewhere.
My favorite would have to be the decoy orb, what else is better than stealing from keckleon and then turning one into a decoy so you can get a clean getaway?

The rarest item is either the friend bow or the tight belt and my favorite item is that orb that kills the enemies in one hit. I think it was called the 1 shot orb

Well the music box needed to get Mew is pretty rare I guess, but the Mobile Scarf is probably the rarest common item. It's really useful.

Yea the rarest item is most likely the Mobile Scarf. The Friend Bow is always available on Floor 30 on Rainbow Peak if you have a key. However Joy seeds can be uncommon also.

My favorite item would definitely be the One-Room Orb thing. That turns the entire floor into one large room. Once you find a monster house and use it, and have a large area attack like Heat Wave, you get a butt load of experience
