When I try to equip items it won't let me, can't even put the cursor over items. It moves from page to page but can't equip items, help?

I just started play MM and don't have this problem. Is it possible you need to change the controls?  On mine the cursor goes over the blank spaces on the screen even though I have basically no items in the menu yet.  You're saying yours doesn't even do this and just switches menu pages?

Zyrm is right for some reason a lot of the controls have been reset so you might have to change them because I don't have this problem
