So.... is there a way to get my game back after I beat the Elite Four and it deletes the file? I press F4 and it takes me to the screen that says I'm the champion and what not, and the credits play again, and then it just deletes my file... over and over. How can I fix this?

Unless you made a backup save, there is nothing you can do. Sorry.

The game gets corrupted because of the lack of M1 Circuit Board, which is the part that holds the save data and allows in game saving. Without in game saving you can't go past the elite four.
