I ban the user below me because they don't ev train their Pokemon because it is very important and useful to have. In the long run it helps make your Pokemon well trained and well prepared for gym battles and also gives you an edge for bigger challenges you will have to face like the elite 4 and the championship as well as the pokemon league, so that is why I ban the user below me.
