I dont think we will ever see him again but what do you guys think.

Also i dont think we will because if he wasnt in sonic 4 then he must be dead. If he was in sonic 3 and not its sequle then hyper sonic must just be a nice memorie.

I've never even heard of Hyper Sonic, but I think Super Sonic, Chaos Control, and his homing attack are enough fun for future games. If they removed an attack (or something like that) then they probably won't bring it back. They're lucky to still be in the business as it is so they won't risk going back to something that didn't have amazing ratings.
