I think that animals don't have a soul. so no, my personal opinion is that they don't go to heaven or hell.

No, I do not believe animals have a soul. This is because people can think and animals can't. And according to the Bible, it is a sin to murder people, but not to kill animals, because you can eat animals. So since animals can be eaten, then they do not have souls. That includes pets. Pets don't have souls. It says in Ecclesiastes that there is a time to kill, which is not the same as murder. Killing would be in a like a war or something. That is why people don't say you murdered an animal. If there are, they don't know the true definition of the word.

Haha... I believe there's a animal heaven. There's good animals and bad animals. No, you don't hear about it. I also think that there's angels and demons in animals. Dog for example; spelled backwords is God. Also if you just stare into a pet cat or dogs eyes it just looks like Gods angel in them.

In spanish, Dog is Perro and God is Dios. So...that doesn't really work.

well, since a soul pretty much seperates us from animals, imma say they just die and end up gettin eat or somethin...no heaven for them

i would say that yes, animals do have souls and yes, they do go to heaven. even if they "sin", it might just be instinct.
after all, humans are "animals", are they not? if then we think of us as animals, then all animals in the general subject might go to heaven.
animals are essential to the ecosystem, so after they die, every second of their life spent doing an important job, shall they not deserve to go to the holy afterlife? i ask you this.
humans and some animals have been companions for so long, heaven would be mighty boring without the big, soft gaze of a puppy, or the beautiful tweeting of birds. we are so used to animals all around us, it would only make sense that they join us in heaven. they deserve it!

I don't think it is necessary for animals to go to Heaven, since their lives on Earth are the glory for which God intended.

i hear pepole say animals have no soul but i dont think thats true i think they do go to heaven they are just like humans but with diffrent features.they eat other animals and so do we. so whats the diffrence between us and animals there isnt one.

Aren't animals created by God in the first place? Seems a little unfair that he would make them without the capacity to have faith in him just to damn them to Hell.

The difference between us and animals (to me at least) is that we were created in God's image.

i think hamsters deserve to be in heaven, besides i had alot of ducks and hamsters that died xP, i think if they do goto heaven, then my pets are enjoying eternal life

i think so i mean animals are supposed to be gods pets or creatures and they never do anything wrong other than the human eyes

I really like all the pets I have ever owned so you can imagine how devastated I was when the priest informed me that animals do not go to heaven. T.T He did continue and say that people get whatever they wish for in heaven so if I wished for all my pets to be with me, it should work. C= Be positive. Also, I just try and own as many pets now as I can, just in case my plans don't work.

BUT the garden of Eden was a heaven on Earth and there was animals. Why would the heaven be any different.

Hmm. I'm not sure honestly. The same question could be ask about humans if you don't believe in that kind of stuff, but all the shows you see says dogs doesn't go to heaven. Lol, but I'm guessing if they have a life. They have a soul and that soul either goes to heaven or hell. *shrugs*

Your opinion is determined on what kind of god you believe God to be. If you believe that God is angry and spiteful, and so the only way into heaven is to worship him and devote your life to him or through the son, then you are likely to say animals don't go to heaven.

I am on the side that believes that God is a god of forgiveness, love, and non cruelty. To me, it would be cruel to say animals don't go to heaven because they don't accept Jesus and not create animals with the ability to do so, denying them his Kingdom. I, like many posts, believe that it is based on who you are as a person. Not what religion you are or even if you accept Jesus as the messiah. I do, but I don't believe Jewish people go to Hell. Your way to Heaven is based on the purity of your heart. Animals, in my opinion, are the purest life. They don't hate and don't do things as any form of cruelty. They don't get a 'free pass' as another post put it. They don't sin. We do. By that notion, animals are more fit for heaven than we ever could be, except for Jesus, of course.

I would think that since everything is created through and by God, everything of his creation eventually returns to him. Since we as humans are special, we are allowed to accompany God in heaven. Since animals are also the creation of God, they hold a piece of God inside them like any other being created by God which allows them to feel emotions, though not always morale like humans who were created in God's image as previously stated. On to my point, since animals hold a piece of God inside them, I believe that piece of them returns to God when they die in a literal sense. I think that every non-human thing that dies returns to God since they are sinless beings due to an undefined sense of right and wrong and although they are in God, I don't really think that you would see them in heaven because they have returned to their creator and exist inside him as part of his entity.
