My dad made me do 50 a week (Not every day, but usually after I got back from school and after homework), not much compared to what I do now.... I swear I used to be athletic- Now my excuse is Vizzed and Minecraft, but I still do about a rough 65-120 on a weekly basis. P.S. Just 'cause I am 11 doesn't mean I can't work  out!

I can bench-press all day long because I have a crapton of strength in my legs. However, my arms? Not so much. I think I can do maybe ten proper push-ups. Possibly not even that much.

I can do probably 30.  I did some arm workouts during the summer, but I don't really bench.  Plus I play soccer, which it's SOMEWHAT useful to have upper body strength.  Just to block people who run at you have a better chance of better blocking if you have stronger arms.  I have really tiny arms though, and they get sore easily  Like right now.  It hurts to fully extend my arms...  I don't know why...
