Sadly not many, maybe 4 or 5, however my brother has been trying to get me to do a resistance exercise where i set up to do a push-up, and just go down and set back up, and go back down everyday, until i am able to do more push-ups.

 I can do only about 25. Maybe if I push myself extreeemely hard, it may be possible for me to squeeze in 35 at the very very max. But generaly if I push myself that hard my arms kind of feel a bit flabby.
