I think so. Think of it this way. A normal laptop costs $400. A Macbook or Mac both cost $1,000. Thats more than double!

Ya dude there way to extensive. Like the cheapest Apple computer is like $700, but it's like the Mac mini, but its still cool. Although I would not pay almost $4000 for a desktop computer.

It costs a ton, and not many have enough for their products.

But,

You do pay for quality, you may get less, but there's more features, such as the touchsreen/app store on the iPod touch/iPhone, and there's NO viruses on a Mac. People may buy a Zune on impulse, but nobody would buy an iPod on impulse.

It's an even debate.

Yes, I think they are often too expensive and that's part of why they aren't as widely-used as other PC systems. However... I still have one and probably always will. The desktop iMac is a better deal than a Macbook since they don't have to cover the development costs of fitting everything into a smaller machine.
