Perfect Dark for the 64 unit. I think it was actually the second game I ever played next to Rampage: World Tour. Oh Proximity Mines, how I love you.

The first M rated game I played was Resident Evil. My dad let me play it even though I was too young to play it. It was a family game and even though it was scary at the time I always enjoyed figuring out the puzzles along with my dad and brothers.

The first M-rated game was Grand Theft Auto Vice City for the PlayStation 2. And I was only 14 years old when I played it. Sometime I wonder why M-rated games get the most fame in the US. Beside that fact the most video games players are adults. Unlike movies, when pg-13 movie gets more fame then R rated movies.

Oh I remember my first m rated game. It was GTA IV for ps3. I never actually owned it at the time but when ever I would go over to a friends house, they would have it so I would play it. But now I'm old enough to play m rated games so I have lots.

The first M rated game I played was Mortal Kombat Trilogy, when I was ten years old. Mortal Kombat is the best mature rated game. Then I started becoming more of a rebel by playing Turok, Perfect Dark, Doom, Killer Instinct, etc.

If I remember correctly, my first M rated game was Killzone 3. I played many other M rated games at friend's houses before that but that was the very first M rated game I actually owned myself.

Wow, it's hard for me to definitely say here since it's been awhile. I also have played a lot of games that could be borderline between T and M, but I *think* it was Halo that I first fully played through a Mature game.

I don't really remember well, maybe it was GTA viiiiii.........wait, now I remember, it was Mortal Kombat for the gameboy, yea....when I was 6 years-old.
I also remember these gory fatalities deaths, and despite being really young....I wasn't actually offended by the game's gore for some reason.

When I was a kid, my brother and I were babysat by a lovely family down the street with a Nintendo 64. We were watching Rough Necks and someone made a comparison between the characters on the show and the main character from Body Harvest, so that's how we ended up playing that. It really earned its M-rating, too, because it featured people being eaten by giant bugs and a death animation of the character's limbs being blown off as he bleeds to death. It's pretty intense.

Oddly enough in spite of the fact that I was playing games like that in third grade, I haven't gone on any killing sprees recently. It's almost like violence in video games isn't that big of a deal for children.

Probably Halo. I think the original Halo: Combat Evolved was rated M. So it would probably have to be about Halo.

I guess it could be After Burner 2 for the genesis if it counts as an m-rated game but I didn't play it much as I found other games such as Aladdin more amusing. So I guess the first truly m-rated game I played was Grand Theft Auto: Vice City which I did like playing but I hated getting chased by cops until I got a computer and figured out a cheat code for it lol. Nowadays I'd probably get bored if there was no police around to stop me as I crave more action.

Generally I didn't like gory m-rated games though as I found them to be scary as a young child. Not so much anymore though but I do not like horror games... Never have and I'm guessing I never will unless I develop some kind of enjoyment out of being scared to death.
