I like just about any kind. Pepperjack is probably my favorite though because I love the spiciness to it. =P I usually ask for it at restaurants or at Subway, haha.

I don't really have a favorite cheese. I love so much. It really depends on what I am eating cheese with. I like American on sandwiches, combination of mozzarella and cheddar on tacos, mozzarella on Italian food, etc. I like limberger cheese, not because of the taste, but because it smells horrible and is fun to slip it in some ones bag or pocket
