I put monterey jack cheese on too (that I grated) and I even used the organic ketchup that I liked. It was good. The only area of improvement that I saw was that it was a little on the dry side.

Ugh fast food is disgusting. honestly if you haven't seen it you should watch super size me. Not to mention that as a paramedic I get so tired of having to go to people who are having a heart attack in a fast food chain. Like you really cant figure out why your chest hurts, maybe it was the third burger that finally finished clogging your arteries. mix the fast food with the lack of exercise and you have the combo that kills.
