But sooner or later, I think that it will be allowed to trusted members and to members, who have 250 posts, to have a layout again(it used to be this way, a few months ago).

So don't worry, probably the new feature will be ready by the time you reach one of those 2 requirements(requirements: either to be trusted or to have 250 posts)
