Luigis mansion used to scare me so much when i was a kid. Im such a little girl

Clayton 2 : The first game that scared me was Legend of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time. I got the game back in 2002 when I was in 2nd grade. The music and darker areas such as caves scared me to death. I couldn't play the game at night or even by myself. I've gotten over that fear ow because I've beaten the game a half-dozen times and memorized every bit of it. But back then that was some scary stuff.

I steered clear of anything that scares me until I played Dead Space...*shivers*

I can't recall, clearly what the first game was that scared me. I remember playing Halo at night once and the monsters jumping out of the dark was pretty creepy. I also remember Silent Hill being scary bt only played this at a friends.

mine was Quake for the PC. Scared me sooo bad

Either Silent Hill, Twisted Metal, or Dino-Crises.

But now that I think about it, I would always watch my brother play Silent Hill, and everytime he'd open a closet, go into a classroom, or go to another building I would keep watching, then freak out about it.

Tomb Raider was the first game to scare me. I can't remember which Tomb Raider it was, but I was walking through this cave and there were lots of little dinosaurs running around. They kinda looked like Velociraptors. So I was like 'Okay this is cool'. Then I walked into another room and this giant friggin T-Rex came outa nowhere. I didn't know back then that there was a way to get to a place where the T-Rex couldn't eat you so I got eaten every time I tried that part, but yeah. When that T-Rex first came out I think I may have pissed myself a little.....or a lot.

Either Resident Evil (brother liked play the enhanced GC versions in the dark) or MegaMan X5.

You know how people say Earthbound changes you ? Well it did to me :

I used to be really brave, I once WALKED around my whole condo at night at a late time and once I even dared to go into a REALLY, REALLY dark tennis court, yea I was a bit scared of "hunted houses" in theme park, but I was 4 that time .

Now last year or so I was on Youtube because I was bored, I came across a video saying "Top ten creepiest bosses from non horror video games" and number 1 was Giygas, that was not all.


In the suggestions there was a video showing him at the end of Earthbound (which at the time, I don't know about it) and I sew Giygas getting killed, now for some reason I watched the whole video ON FULL SCREEN (I normally don't) and yet I was not scared for some reason.

Now what that is really creepy ? I think I got scared of him soon after for reasons I don't quite know, now I try to avoid him when possible and that means I am not going to play Mother 2 anytime soon (yea seeron I am going to block your layout soon)

After that my life changed, I become somewhat like a coward in video games and also another reason I don't bother about Zelda while looking for that last stone thing as a kid, I don't want to see redeads invading the castle.

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons for the Intellivision was pretty scary when I was a kid. You'd wander around the dungeon, and you could hear the dragon when you were close, On the higher levels, the monsters would move so fast, a false step could kill you in seconds. You'd start to tense up.

At that point, my dad would like to sneak up behind me and growl really loud, scaring th crap out of me! My head would hit the ceiling, I'd jump so high.

But there was a fight like this at TR anniversary too(but at this one the graphics are way better, because it was a re-make)

EDIT: I searched about it a bit more, and I think it's TR1 level: Lost valley(if the graphics sucks). But if the graphics are cool, then it's TR anniversary.

Probably one of the first to scare me that I can remember is this one Duck Tales game on Amiga where you collect treasure. The screen when that bad guy gets ahead of you scared me.

noelia : It was TR1. I recognize all of the grass and stuff surrounding the T-Rex.

So yeah. TR1 was the first game to make me piss myself. The first time the T-Rex came out I literally froze and just let the thing eat me. It was bad.

I have played tons of games and beaten meny in the proses but the fist game I played that scared me was metroid prime 2: echos dont play that game in the dark stuff jumps out at up and gives you a massive fright and a huge adreline rush at the same time. once I played it a few times I got use to it though, but the first time was the worst.

I think a game that was scary to me was Super Mario World for the SNES; the part with Mario taking on whatever the bad guy was and the pit of lava surrounding them on the stone or whatever they stood on.

The sight of that lava and Mario getting dunked in it was really scary, at least to me.

the first game that scared me was tekken 3. the title sequence some how gave me nightmares. But now tekken is my favorite game of all time. Kind of weird huh?

The first game to scare me was the first silent hill, never got too far was always too creeped out. Well since were talking about scary games i downloaded the demo version of amnesia off the internet and holy crap that's one scary game! I would recommend that to anyone looking to scare themselves tonight.

I thought about getting the games, or would think about it, but I would probably suck at them Actually I think I had a Ducktales handheld game back when I was 6 or 7 years old, it was pretty cool for the time.

this was the first FPS that i played when i was like 5 and the dark atmosphere, and weird color full robot A.I just would pop outta no where *shutters*

FIRST game that scared me was when I was like 3 or 4... It was Operation Wolf for the NES. The game itself wasn't scary... Just the death scene. The was way back when when I was smart enough to boot up the NES at my grandparents house and play a game. I played the game with the Zapper, was pretty fun as far as I can remember. But when I died, there was that stupid death scene with the music that just creeped me out.
