TheOmegaDragon : I've got Silent Hill 2 right now. It hasn't scared me once. I'm just like, "Yeah! Beat that thing!" I'm planning to restart on easy, though, so my fear scale of this may change. I'm normally laughing while playing, though. Blood and gore is hilarious to me.

the first game that really scared me was Resident Evil, and in second place Dead Space X_X scared the flipping crap out of me. After a while you get used to it but at the start the game just freaked me out.

KlawedFlaw : It was actually my brother that played games like that, it was long ago and the gameplay never really suited my style. Never said blood and gore was an issue though, I've played God of War 1-3, Fallout 3, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1-2 all which I love playing. I just didn't like it when there is something waiting to take me down in a quiet building or darkness. Left for Dead 2 was very fun though, I played it at my cousin's house and the zombie are more direct in their attacks, none really scared me at all.

I think I have the most pathetic story. I even took the rom for Lands of Lore off my computer because I know I'm too scared to play further. I have a severe phobia of anything relating to bees. I was having anxiety attacks over this, and I'm not kidding. Those DOS graphic hornets are the scariest thing in gaming to me.

Mario... When I little, I would give the biggest fit ever seen by man when someone entered a Castle. I was terrified of the Castles of Mario. My parents had to hold me down so that I'll stay in the room.

Which I find odd... because when I was the same age I also played games like Mortal Kombat and Quake, yet the only thing I was scared of was Mario.
