I messed up a little while ago, a girl I liked has a boy-friend now, but I told her I liked her and she said she liked me too. I'm happy for her as long as he treats her well. I actually think I still have a chance with her, I live really close to her and her boyfriend lives about 45 minutes away, any advice for how to go along with moving in (because I'm not to professional about talking to girls)...besides arrogantly going in and hitting on her?

Don't try to steal her from her boyfriend. Just be there when he can't be. If she is having a problem, be there for her. Don't push the fact that you like each other... maybe occationally mention something like "god, I wish I had asked you out when I'd had the chance", or something like that... but only if it seems like the right moment. If it goes right, she will start to like you more than him and realize that it would be more advantageous to date you, since you live so much closer and such... I do not know the state of their relationship or I could give some better advice.

I think I've more or less given up on finding a girl that likes me in that way for now. None of them really seem to have a particular interest in me. bah. I found someone... or, rather, someone found me. It's a bit random like that. I wasn't looking for anyone, and I don't know if he was either... but one night I went over to his house and we watched a movie and cuddled for hours. It was nice. after about a week of little things like that, we're in his car.. and he tells me he doesn't want a serious relationship because he's still upset about his relationship over the summer... or something like that.. but we still cuddle and kiss and so... I don't know. I guess we're "seeing each other." but it's heartbreaking, because I reaallly like this guy. There isn't one thing I don't like about him. It's like he's my other half. It's great...
