I dont tend to add people back, but it's more that I either forget to or just the fact that I rarely initiate contact these days.
Mostly cause of when I would be on MSN I would have like 10 people online and not one would ever, and I mean ever, start a conversation.
It got tiring always being the one to start talking so I let others do the talking now

I only add people who I have communicated with and actually want to add. I don't run through the list and pick random people and I won't add someone simply because they added me.
