Delibird is honestly not that good in my opinion, its stats are quite lousy ad I would not really use it, even though I have never used it before, there are a lot of other Pokémon I would be better off using.It can potentially learn a few good moves like ice beam, ice punch and aurora beam as well as future sight, but those are egg moves. Otherwise I would not use it at all, it has 295 hp which is okay I guess and it has 273 max speed at level 100 which is decent, But overall I wouldn't use this Pokémon, I think there are many better flying and ice type Pokémon but that is just my opinion.

So I would have to score it a 5.5/ 10


Next to be rated is Arbok!

Arbok no he or she doesn't evolve at all so the stats are low but the moves may poison so mark that so I would give a Arbok a 3/5 not such a bad Pokemon to be honest such a wonderful move set.

Golduck is not bad, 5.5/10. He really isn't useful in any of my journeys in Pokémon - Slowbro would easily take his place if I was in dire need of both a water/psychic type.

Sylveon looks like a pretty decent pokemon, and it is a fairy type, which is effective against dragon ( I really hate that, it just bothers me for some reason, dragon should still be immune to that but whatever.) So it is good against dragon types and it is also the ability cute charm which probably confuses the target pokemon. It doesn't have any set moves yet so I cannot judge it any further than this. So I will score it a 7.5 out of 10.

Hm. This DOES look pretty cool! This Pokemon seems to just say "Don't mess with me" More than most Pokemon with it's looks.
