I assume you are talking about it being an ecm file.

I already know about that i was going to download it but while I was reading the description it talked about a disk system to generate monsters and if it doesn't work or theres not an alternative way i would have no reason to download it.

Ah ok, I see.
I think it works if you use ePSXe as that emulator has an eject disk option.
Once you use that option you would either need to load another game iso in ePSXe or put a cd in your cd drive and tell ePSXe to load from cd drive instead.
I cant say for certain if this works or not as I havnt tried, but the game has many monsters without having to use the disk import monster generator.
