I almost went to bed with my results last night but as I laid there I thought to myself am I really okay giving up the last jersey I've not lost yet this month yet? and as you can see I decided I wasn't good choice me cause it earned me my the title of my favorite number 14. In other news this is by far my latest start to a day this tdv and in tdv in general really testing Sonic speed now I know I won't win every jersey today and I'm fine with that but now the question becomes how much can I do in a limited time.

SonicOlmstead : I did the exact opposite: I saw the lead that I had and I thought with that lead and the amount of time that was left, I thought that would be enough. Then I woke up and saw that you took all four jerseys and my head fell right into my hands so hard that they nearly slipped out of my hands and hit my desk. OK, not really, but it did make me think "What do I have to do here?". It did make me realise that I can't keep my eye off the scores for a second until it's all over. You are very much worthy of holding all of the jerseys, and at the very least I like to think that I'm pushing people to give that little bit more, and maybe causing a bit of sleep deprivation in the process.

DavidMcC1989 : Interesting I've also kind of thought like I enjoy the prospect of being a wall to overcome or to make people try even harder to pass me when I really want to though I did feel kind of bad hearing that you thought you had it last time but I also just didn't feel right that I knew if I let you have it last night it wouldn't of been because you beat me but because I quit when I had the actions in me to get it and I knew it. You definitely have kept me up longer and made me have to really try to get more actions in.

SonicOlmstead : Don't feel bad, I guess I got too confident. I should have known that you would find something to overcome it, I just didn't see it in time. I think if I saw a change in your numbers before I went, I probably would have stayed and got that little bit more. I will say that it's good to have a battle like this, in a way. For one, it's good for the site, because more content and input is always welcome, but it's also good to be able to push each other to get that little bit more. Plus, if I do ever get to beat you in one of these, I'll know that it was earned. To be fair, how many days have we had where the actions hit over 100? I think yesterday might have been the first, or at least the first where I got over 100. It does make me wonder how I would be doing in the overall leaderboard if I didn't start late. I only really started going on the 5th.

DavidMcC1989 : I think I've gotten over 100 a few times this month I'm to lazy to check at the moment but yeah I enjoy a battle like this it's what makes me love tdv I think your the first person to really challenge me with green consistently which is a nice change of pace compared to my normal posting battles and word count battles of the past. I'm glad it also helps the site out when we can have a fun time going back and forth like this in the comp.

SonicOlmstead : I think it helps that I've always tell myself that I'm going to do this, and I'm going to do that in terms of doing videos and screenshots and now I actually feel like doing it. I just have to do a better job of managing how I do everything and pace myself, because I'm feeling like I'm panicking at times trying to find stuff to do and catch up, plus there are some other things off Vizzed that I should be working on (nothing too serious, just side projects) but I have been committed to try my best with this.

DavidMcC1989 : You really gave me anxiety in the closing moments of the day with our battle for green I was panicking trying to get my screenshots uploaded last second I just barely pulled it off. Congrats on the jerseys!

SonicOlmstead : I had exhausted everything that I had with that final push, and you just happened to get three more in there than me. Again, I have to ask: What do I have to do to get that Green Jersey? At least I got two, so I can say I got a couple this month, that's nice. That's another thing that I need to work on: being more vocal in here.

DavidMcC1989 : Well it depends on how many actions you do (post,rate,thread,etc.) and technically since you won yellow and blue yesterday that technically counts as green

I know what I have to do for the Green Jersey, it was more the fact that it just seems like no matter how many actions I do to to win the Green Jersey, Sonic is just able to do that few more actions to beat me each time. I just have to keep pushing and pushing until I can win one day.

it is a little difficult it seems that there are only a certain number of things I can rate before I get told by the site you earned 0 Viz and 0 CP

What's Santa doing here in July? He should be working full-time overlooking how the presents for good boys like me are being wrapped up!

Yesterday was surely a colorful day, quite interesting to see when somebody enters the fray for even a single assault to the top. Numbers weren't excessively high, but whatever, we can't have it all I guess.

We're approaching halfway into the competition, normally a recap would be nice in here but there's nothing really to say. Sonic has a safe lead in overall and in all jerseys, even with some cooldown days he'll keep it up and going.

I hope I can still get some jerseys here and there if I can get back to my productive schedule. Real life always gets in the way, for better or worse, maybe next week I'll find myself some time for one last showdown.

I'm not going to lie I'm exhausted just starting to compete today so my hopes for the day aren't high but we'll see what I can pull off. After today we'll be halfway through tdv which is always a sigh of relief on my end I'm not sure if this is just a me thing or if everyone has this but I honestly get so mentally exhausted competing in TdV like knowing I have to keep going to not let people pass me and such and just like knowing everyday I wanna compete at my best is really tiring maybe I just overthink it I'm not sure but I feel like I'll need a vacation after this tdv though I guess after this tdv it'll be probably about time to start college so oh well I guess.

So it seems that tomorrow is a game rate day....I tried to see if I could rate streets of Rage but I don't see a rate area, does that only exist if you do a review of the game?

SonicOlmstead : Not really but I have noticed major differences between the difference between a page from the RGR and the VGR

Well we're now halfway through tour de vizzed and I was right to not force myself to compete super hard yesterday as I ended up right after making that post got ready for bed and as a diabetic I have to give myself a shot and while getting it ready last night it slipped out of my hand and stabbed into my chest but thankfully besides it hurting a lot when it happened I seem to be fine. In terms of plans for the day idk how much I'll get done as I'm once again exhausted before even starting the competition has definitely worn me down but I think I'll be able to manage some once we get to around the 20th cause it gets easier when the finish is in sight.
