There have been so many Mario games that I have enjoyed over the years, which make choosing one winner a difficult task. I'm leaning towards Super Mario world on the snes because it was one of the very first games I had the privilege to play, and the first game that I fully completed. So, either that one or Mario golf on the N64. My cousin and I put in countless hours playing that after school, and I had always preferred that game over anything that EA sports had released at the time. Like the Tiger Woods golf series.

As I am only 10, it is hard to pick one, but my cousin has a N64, and I spent countless hours playing Mario Party 2 and Super Mario 64. Lately, I have been trying to get to play old arcade games on the computer and I got to. Paper Mario is my favorite that I've played. But I like turn based fighting and RPGs. Also the level up system is good. I prefer choosing which ability etc. to level up, as opposed to every stat automatically levelling up. It's more interactive and realistic in my opinion. Just a well made game.

I'm sorry to go with the rest of the crowd, but I have to go with Super Mario 64. It is just a wonderful game. The first 3D Mario experience to show what he can do. He has gotten better way since then though. I wish mulch-voting was allowed, because I like a few others like Mario Party, Super Mario Sunshine(Much like Super Mario 64), Super Mario Bros., and Mario Kart 64. But I just had to choose one, and Super Mario 64 is the winner. I am also not surprised by the number of votes Super Mario 64 has. It kind of feels weird that everyone chooses that. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door is my favorite Mario RPG ever. I aced that game several times, and everything about it was amazing. Music, story, battling system, badges, partner, humor... Just too much. ^__^
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time and Paper Mario (N64) deserve an honorable mention for RPG too.

Mario Party 6 is my favorite Mario Party ever, because I grew up with it, and I loved everything this Mario Party did. It had both great mini-games, and the boards were awesome. It had the best items too; orbs. Orbs are one of the reasons I love Party Mode in this game; I get rewarded for rivals landing on my space. XD
I hate Mario Party 7's Orbs though. They nerfed/changed some of them badly, so I can't stand them. Plus Mario Party 7's Party Mode was horrible for me.

Brawl is way too fun for me. I play it all the time.
