I think vapers look incredibly stupid. Not that it's a bad thing to do it with a group of friends and have fun, more power to you. It's just that every time I take the train I see these mid 20's- early 30's guys with sweatpants and this huge vape pen acting like they're the coolest people on earth. And no matter who is vaping, that will always be the image I get in my head.

As for the ban, I see no reason to ban vaping. I think it's dumb to say vaping is completely healthy but it surely beats out cigarettes. We'll never be able to get rid of the smoking problem but vaping helps control it, even if it's a little bit. Dumb move if they go through with it.

Furret : With the exception of bars, I never vape in public because I know how incredibly stupid it looks lol. I think the same thing when I see people doing it. It's also pretty rude if there are a lot of people around you, and you're blowing smoke in their face. I agree with pretty much everything you said.

SacredShadow : Oh I definitely agree that they should be prohibited in schools, that was never really in question. You can't even wear a hat or chew gum in most schools, obviously you shouldn't be allowed to vape lol. I also agree that business should be able to decide if they allow it or not, although some states have passed laws (including my state of New York I believe) that make vaping illegal in restaurants and other public places.

I didn't know about the air pollution thing, that's interesting. Not something I've really ever thought about before.

tgags123 : Do you vape with friends or do you only vape alone? Curious because I have friends who only do one of the two so I want to see what's the more popular option haha.

Furret : I pretty much only vape with friends. I don't really get much out of it, but I like to do it as a social thing if I'm hanging out with people that are also vaping.
