Super Drinker i want to get drunk
Wind: A Breath of Heart My favorite zelda game
Duke Nukem: Land of the Babes I'm sorry what
Bonogurashi: Kore de Kanpeki Disu Having issues downloading it, speeds are fine and I have the item but it stays at 0%. Anyone else try it?
Rocket Knight Adventures An absolutely marvelous mascot game, I'm sad to see that yet another Konami IP is collecting dust
Felix the Cat I was a big fan of Felix the Cat, but I never gave this game a chance. I decided to do that earlier and I'm already on like stage 8 and I think it's a fantastic platformer, definitely innovative
Hamster Paradise 2 the best thing
New Fruit Bonus '96 Special Edition (v3.63, C1 PCB) I always liked slot machines, I'll have to try this game sometime
Final Fantasy II My personal favorite FF game, just had a lot of nice vibes.
Ice Age A bootleg of Klonoa, except they got some mechanics wrong and I'm pretty sure there's an impossible jump in 1-2. Good try though.

Rocket Knight Adventures

Rocket Knight Definitely Rocks
As many people know, in the early days of console gaming, we had two major mascots that competed with each other fiercely. Nintendo's Super Mario, versus SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog. But what world would be complete without those tryhards who went as far as to make their own, supposedly superior mascots? Those kinds of people sparked the great Mascot Wars of the early-to-mid 90's. During this time, we got to see such "amazing" mascots such as Zool: Ninja of the Nth Dimension, the oh-so imfamous Bubsy Bobcat, and other trash such as Awesome Possum. But before Awesome Possum stumbled into the scene, the gaming industry was pleasantly greeted by another iconic opossum known as Sparkster, the iron-clad defender of peace who was the mascot of Rocket Knight Adventures.

Graphics: 8/10. Having grown up with a Genesis, I always knew that it was capable of running very clean graphics. Little did I know, it was capable of much better. Rocket Knight Adventures exceeded my expectations and showed me what the Genesis was actually capable of. It showed me impressive elements like very detailed pixel art, proper reflections, smooth lighting changes as many more things you wouldn't expect to see in a Sega Genesis game. The only thing that might be slightly bothersome is some flashing effects, and if you can get past that, it's very pleasant.

Sound: 8/10. Now, I'm aware there is a lot of feuding between Genesis and Super NES fans, and some of them argue that the Genesis wasn't too capable of making very good music. This is, of course, very wrong. When I got into this game, I was immediately greeted by one of the most pleasant, non-chunky soundtrackS I've ever heard on the Genesis. Every stage has very appropriate music, everything is very listenable and the enjoyability was off the charts. There was even a song that sounded so accurate to rave music that I could hardly believe it. It was something you'd expect to see in nightclubs and such. Leave it to Konami's so... Cyborg Kuro-chan - Devil Fukkatsu

The Devil Resurrected
There's something oddly compelling about the world of Japanese gaming, be it your traditional JRPG or a super wacky shoot-em-up, there's always something interesting going on there. I've personally dabbled in japan-only titles here and there, and while some were good, others were absolutely fantastic. One in particular was the Cyborg Kuro-chan series, originally based off of a Manga about a cat turned into a cyborg and given a minigun. I was curious to see how that translated into game form, and I encountered something rather unexpected. Cyborg Kuro-chan - Devil Fukkatsu is an on-rail sidescrolling shooter where the goal is to get to the end of the stage while destroying background elements and collecting new weapons for your arsenal and dodging or shooting anything that gets in your way with high-speed shooting action, followed by a boss round at the end of the stage. The stages generally follow a 1-1, 1-2 etc. pattern similar to the Super Mario Bros series.

Graphics: 7/10. For Game Boy Color, it's hard to find something with high detailed sprites moving at a fairly fast pace, and it's especially hard to find it done correctly. This game however, executes this incredibly well making it one of the most visually impressive Game Boy Color games, possibly to rival Shantae. Most of the graphics stay true to the original manga which is impressive since the artist's style is very hard to recreate, especially in 8-bit form.

Sound: 10/10. Now, if there's one company that is known for being the absolute best at videogame music, it's Konami. Konami did a spectacular job with the music in this game, and sounds reminiscent of Castlevania. The music is fast-paced which is perfect for the gameplay and really gets you into the chaotic rampage mood. It's most likely of the highest quality music for the Game Boy Color. Another particularly interesting fact is that they somehow managed to put in a very convincing meow sound effect. The Konami Sound Team certainl... Read the rest of this Review
Space Harrier (Rev A, 8751 315-5163A)

I've Never Been in a Harrier Situation Before
I'll start this off by being honest, I had no idea what Space Harrier was like for the longest time. Sure, I heard the name in passing, but I had no idea what it was, what it was like, or if it was even still relevant. I think that a lot of people might have had a similar experience too, with how there's subtle hints at it in a few modern titles that Sega has given us over the years, but they often go unnoticed for way too long. Nevertheless, just like everyone else, I had my chance to play the game for a decent amount of time, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Space Harrier has stood the test of time, which is why I'm here to tell you why you should play this game, even in an age where graphics, gameplay, and overall content was improved upon drastically.

Space Harrier was made in 1985 by Sega, and is a third-person rail shooter involving some guy with a really neat gun and an entire universe to blow up in high-speed, high-action shooting that's sure to get you in the mood for destruction. If you're looking for casual flight, then you're better off looking somewhere else. But if you're looking for an adrenaline rush, look no further, because Space Harrier is your kind of game.

Graphics: 8/10. Now, I'll have to explain something to you really quickly. The year was 1985, and Space Harrier was one of the most advanced games of its year. For perspective, the NES was released in North America the same year. What was special about Space Harrier is that it utilized a special arcade system board that allowed pseudo-3D sprite scaling at very high frame rates, creating an experience like no other of its time. Although a lot of the sprites have fairly basic colors, they're still put together very nicely and I think it works for the game in question. Overall it's hard to find such good graphics on an arcade machine given the year, considering the superior Neo Geo wasn't released until a full 5 years later. Needless to say, Space Harrier was a graphical won... Read the rest of this Review
Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind

What Could Pawsibly Go Somewhat Okay?
In the dark ages when the gaming industry was ruled by Mario and Sonic, those two being mascots of various companies, many people tried to cash in on the craze by creating their own mascots with significantly less originality and some in poor design. A few of these that come to mind would be Awesome Possum, Cool Spot, Aero the Acrobat, Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel, Punky Skunk, and various other horrendous copies of previously existing mascots. Among these is one infamous wisecracking bobcat who goes by the name of Bubsy. A generic name for a generic personality, I suppose. Character design aside, there are some positives about this game as well as many more negatives. Before getting into that though, lets provide some background on the particular title in question for some contrast.

Made in 1992, Accolade whom is responsible for such titles as "Barkley, Shut Up and Jam!" and practically nothing else, Bubsy in "Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind" is the first entry in the Bubsy Bobcat series. Designed after traditional platformers such as Super Mario Bros and Sonic the Hedgehog, the game was built upon the idea of plenty of platforming and plenty of speed. While trying to stand out, Accolade implemented a few features that differ from what its based off of, including things such as fall damage. This is what leads most people to instantly regard the game as one of the most broken and undesirable platformers to hit the SNES market. Most people stop there, but I took it upon myself to experience this game as it should have been, not as people wanted to. And with that, I give you a look at Bubsy from both bad and good sides.

Graphics: 6/10. While most SNES games may have this particular graphics quality, I'd just like to state a few things. This game has fairly decent pixel art, which some games don't quite have. The colors are pleasant to look at, the areas don't feel all the same, and amongst other things the character sprite has a varying amount ... Read the rest of this Review
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I like killing people
For those who long for adventure, look no further. An adventure much more colorful and larger than the rest of the gaming industry, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion gives you many different gaming experiences, because it is as if it's a virtual life. Not in most traditional mundane styles such as the Sims, but instead a first-person open-world explorative adventure game with enough detail to give you a completely immersive experience that won't be outdone until the world of VR gaming advances a couple years. No longer do we have those boring NPCs who stand in the same spot saying the same generic phrases such as "I heard a rumor that monsters are coming back!", but instead we have full on in-depth conversations with the other NPCs. They act as if real humans do, and sometimes it's honestly hard to tell the difference between Oblivion and reality.

The Elder Scrolls series has been known for its outstanding quality in exploration, adventures, and atmosphere. From the classic Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that many of you might have played back in the day, to the sensation known as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. But caught in the middle of these two is probably one of the best open world games one can get, and sadly it stands in its sequel's shadow. Nevertheless, its something that needs to be experiences by everyone at least once.

Graphics: 8/10. Now, I'd like you to remember something very important. This game is from 2006, and surprisingly the graphics have aged amazingly. The incredibly vast world is stunningly beautiful. Texture quality is at an alltime high for 2006 gaming and the model detail is streamlined all the way down to the wrinkles in people's faces. Not only this, but the animations are also well done. So much that there's even proper facial animations for what sort of mood the NPCs are in, talking animations for lipsyncing, for them reading a book, preparing potions, even the walking animation meets standards. Though it's not buttery s... Read the rest of this Review

Magi-Nation

Magi-Nation boss strategy guide!
Okay, These bosses are hard, so be warned, You may need to level grind to beat them.

At the beginning, You get a furok. Go down to the Barn thing near gia's house, And fight outside there. Keep fighting to you get some bhatar animite. Bhatar is one of the best dream creatures to start with.

Now, You'll want to get something to pump up its attack, So, Go to poads place in vash naroom. Jump across the counter and keep going up till you see a block, Kick it, Then go left for a while and then down. You'll end up behind the counter at the shop place. You'll find a hyrens claw here, which makes its attack go up like crazy.

Level him up about7-10 times his starting level, And then you should be able to beat togoth with ease.

Now, When you reach the underneath, You'll want to ditch the bhatar after you get a tusk bwisp. Tusk bwisps are one of the strongest dream creatures in the underneath. So, Give him the hyrens claw, And level gring him about 7 times his starting level. Then, Go to the second shadow geyser. There's a titan ring in there somewhere. It ups your attack crazier than the hyrens claw. So you'll want to equip both, And then you should be able to beat ogar.

Korremar in the cald shadow geyser if tough. You'll need to get some sort of hyren. Hyrens are found in special areas, And are hard to kill. If you manage to get enough animite, Then you need to go back to naroom and forge it.

Now, the leaf hyrens will be found north of the ashin, The town in the cald. You'll find a cracked wall, So, if you bought a blast urn from the curio shop in naroom, You'll want to blast that wall down. Continue for some ways and you'll reach a secret area where you can find leaf and timber hyrens. Get one, And give it the hyrens claw and the titan ring, And it'll be a beast.

You could also go east from ashin to find the two flame hyrens. They're also pretty good.
After that, You should be able to beat kor... Read the rest of this Guide
