9.9 - falstead
One of the absolute masterpieces when it comes to RPGs. The story and character development is supreme to any other rpg in its time and even today. The fact that there is over 10 characters that Square had developed in one single game perfectly is just why this game is a 10/10. Not only is the story good, but the soundtrack is epic. Masterpieces that get stuck in your head and have infinite re-playability! paired with state-of-the-art 32bit graphics! To top it all off, the story goes on for the perfect length.. not too short and not dragged on! Truly perfection!

 Considering there isn't much to be censored in the first place, that isn't something to be worried about, though I suppose the Retranslated and Improved hack for the SNES version would be your best bet in that case.

 @Oneaphelion, depending on what you're looking for, each version is pretty good. If you're looking for one of the cleaner translations, the GBA version is one for you, but the PSX version stays truer to the source material.
