Great Giana Sisters, The controlling the game requires switching to a different port for controls, which given mame's inability to do such, means one cannot play the game here...
Final Fantasy VI - Return of the Dark Sorcerer Do note that this version is severely outdated. the most recent version is 1.8, and vizzed has yet to make update.
Brutal Mario (demo 7) the seven heroes battle on brutal mario is actually a parody featuring the koopalings instead of the original.
Metroid Disturbance (v3.5) turns out, this is a demo. The access further into norfair is locked off.
Final Fantasy VI - Return of the Dark Sorcerer anyone with questions about the game and enemies. Tell me and I will give good info, for I actually beat the game.
Metroid What happens when time runs out when you are escaping from zebes? Screen becomes white and explosion sound is made, then you get game over XD
Final Fantasy III (english translation) all the remakes always follow the same design. no remake styles to the original at all! :(
Super Mario All-Stars X papa is not mario, he is toad, if he is mario then we got a error
Final Fantasy I & II - Dawn of Souls did anyone know that it takes ten times of casting a lvl 1 magic to lvl it, 20 for lvl 2, and so on
Final Fantasy this game inspired many future rpg games for how popular it was back in the day

final fantasy III
Hi this was the very first review on a game, the final fantasy series has been around for so long and it continues today. Final fantasy III was a great game back in its day, very cool, the story, the plot, the characters, the everything that makes this game cool, but what i really like about the games is that many final fantasy elements began here, like the random attack counter that lets a character who was targeting a enemy that was defeated target another enemy instead, first game to have summons availible like the famous bahamut, the ultimate summon of many final fantasies, the job system plays a important roll in this game where as you can equip exclusive to certain jobs like the onion knight your default job starts out weak but with the all the onion equipment at level 99, dual wielding swords at that level can do 9999 damage! or dual wielding shields can make that onion knight take heavy blows and only get 1 damage from it.

Graphics-9
the graphics are amazing for the game, the only down fall is that some enemies are uncensored in certain areas like harpy, lamia, and dark cloud, overall the graphics are sweet

sound-8
the music is so catchy in many places, the sound effects of attacks are though the same but their sound just can't be forgot :D

addictiveness-8
you just can't play this game just once, you could play it again and again

story-10
the story and plot gives this game its name, first four kids fall in a pit in altar cave and they must escape, avoiding contact to enemies like goblins, carbuncles, and eye fangs, eventually the four come to the wind crystal only yo be attacked by the land turtle, it is defeated easily, and in a moment the four figure out they are the chosen ones to stop the forces of light and dark from overlapping and create the dark cloud who wants the world to be forever in the void or nothingness as final fantasy v sometimes calls it

depth-10
you got jobs, ... Read the rest of this Review

final fantasy II stat boosting strategies
This thread contains multiple strategies I developed to do variable stat gaining with easy tricks.

Strategy 1: Peninsula of power earliest access/ evasion up trick

There are many tricks to get into the peninsula of power and survive. This is mine.

When you get minwu into the party. Place a desired character into the front row and everyone else in the back row. Equip the character in the front row with two shields, combined with current shield level to get 99% evade. Go into battle on the peninsula, make minwu cast blink on the character into the front row. With enough castings, most enemy attacks will not hit the party, everyone else except the front row character uses magic, the front row character attacks while dual shielding, resulting in a ineffective attack, though take caution of ghosts using scourge XVI. Pound the enemies with magic. When enemies miss hitting the front row character, there is a good chance the front row character gains a evasion level, the front row character also will gain shield levels. This is a easy trick to get a single character untouchable and a maxed shield level, a perfect trick to get minwu a near invincible status in soul of rebirth.

Strategy 2: Easy weapons lvl ups

As mentioned above. Have three characters in the back row and one in front row. Equip the front row character with a weak weapon like broadsword and equip back row bow users with a plain bow and back row users using any other weapon should be dual wielded. Enter a battle in the peninsula of power. The front row character should have a high enough shield level and evade level to get enemies to miss every attack. Repeat attacking with every character. When you feel you have repeated enough times, use a strong spell like level teleport VIII(8) or fire X(10)(for the undead) to end the battle. You should gain at least one level for a weapon type. Twice as fast dual wielding, but the bow user and front row character have ... Read the rest of this Guide

abilities and their changes and features
This thread is for the hack of final fantasy vi for the snes. This hack is called final fantasy vi - return of the dark sorcerer. This thread features description of the abilities and the changes made to them.

ability: morph- user: Aurora
This ability is a hack of the ability trance. But the main difference is that it costs 99 mp to use, but it doesn't require a recharge from a few battles. If aurora is given a lot of magic tabs, combined with this ability, just about every magic spell can do 9999. The best use would be the combo with rasp. Being able to drain a lot of mp from a enemy. Casting repeat rasp on soultaker with this combo can prevent its killer attacks of quasar and level 4 flare once it becomes critical.

ability: Limit- user: Cloud
Hack of bushido, given to cloud who comes from final fantasy 7, the bars speed has been dramatically changed to being faster. The first level attack called braver behaves the same as dispatch. Level 2 called full power functions the same as sky, but level 3's original attack animation is used instead. Level 3 is now Blade beam, which deals magic damage and can inflict seizure on a enemy. Level 4, now called omnislash functions the same as its original. Level 5, now called force steal functions the same as the original, but depending on level can permit the attack to recover clouds hp and mp fully. Level 6 is called meteor sword. Animation is similar to flare star, functions same as original but stronger, and can inflict stop status. Level 7 is called no tomorrow, which functions the same as level 8. Level 8 is called omnislash v5, which is the same as its original.

ability: Aether- user: Serin
Hack of tools, each aether has to be found somewhere in the world.
Sonic shot: automatically in inventory when serin joins, same as auto crossbow
Poison nova: found at mt kolts, deals poison and thunder elemental damage to all enemies, hack of bioblaster, only change is a s... Read the rest of this Guide
