 Well, the Sword of Kings is Poo's only weapon that he can equip that raises his attack. Therefore, it's good that he gets the boost, because he *needs* the boost. Besides, changing the probability to 164/164 isn't too much time wasted.

 Umm... if that's the whole point of this hack then it's kind of a waste of time. You could have increased the probability of the Legendary Bat, The Magic Frypan, Goddess Ribbon, Star Pendant, Meteornium and Meteorite too, but it's a step forward though
