Vectorman ReviewOverall - 9
Vectorman on the Genesis is a great game to play. I have never heard of this game before, but after trying this game out, it was amazing. It was one of those games that I would like to play all the time. This game looks very good and has a lot of violence. I do not know how I found this game out. It was probably got my attention from the game cover. There is a sequel for this game, but play this game first if you like listening to the story. This game is very sublime to graphics and the sound. I would say one of the greatest robotic games I have ever played. I guarantee you that this game is worth playing.
Graphics - 10
The graphics are the best. Seeing all the shooting and blowing things up really make the game so cool. The levels look amazing too. Vectorman looks very cool. The scenes in the game looks amazing. I would say that the graphics are the most coolest thing in the game.
Sound - 10
The sound is very good. The songs are so good that it feels like you are into playing the game even more. The sound effects are good too. Love the sound of shooting. :P
Addictiveness - 9
The game can be very addicting. This game got me addicted to it. If you love a lot of violence, then this game would not get old for you.
Story - 8
The story is pretty good. In the year 2049, the Earth had issues with littering and pollution. They use these things that they call "orbots" to clean them up. Then, there is an evil dictator named Warhead who claims himself ruler of planet Earth. Vectorman, who is in charge of cleaning toxic sludge by discharging them into the sun, comes in and has to stop warhead and save the Earth. Very good scenes too in the game.
Depth - 8
The game has some good features. For instance, you can get power ups for your weapon that can really help you in the game. Another thing is that you can go underwater. If you did not know that, then you know now. There are a lot of other things in the game that makes it so fun, so go and try the game out.
Difficulty - 4
The game is not that hard. If you are new to these kinds of games, then it could be a little difficult for you, but if you are not, it is fine. There are some enemies that are really hard to kill or just so annoying. Other than that, the game plays fair.
Wrap Things Up...
Vectorman on the Genesis is a good game to play. I highly recommend trying this game out if you have not already. It is something different, and that different is good. This game is kind of like Contra if that helps you on what kind of game it is. :)

The future of the human race looks hopeless when maintenance drones accidentally replace the orbot leader's head with a salvaged atomic bomb. All the orbots on Earth are immediately ordered, via television receivers, to stop cleaning up the planet and to start manufacturing weapons for an impending ambush of the returning humans. Only one orbot, a sludge barge pilot who was out of communications range, is unaffected by the evil take-over. You are that pilot: VectorMan! The only hope of the entire human race is for you to destroy the villainous WarHead: you must seek him out by following a trail of television receivers around the Earth, and then confront him in a battle that will decide the fate of humanity, and of the planet Earth itself!

Stage Select and More
Enter this code at the options menu. You should be taken to a new section of the options menu that'll let have access to any level, choose how much health and lives you have and lets you choose which powerup weapon to start with. Only downside is you can't see the good ending if you use it.

Blow up SEGA logo
At the SEGA screen, move Vectorman slightly to the right of the logo. Aim upwards and shoot. There is a hidden T.V. monitor there. Once it is broken, there will be an orb power up. Grab it and when you use it, the SEGA logo will go dark and the background will stop moving.
