 NullDC requires you to have a controller plugged in, otherwise you won't get past the NullDC screen.

 NullDC works fine here, it's just very finicky. Although this particular game for some reason isn't loading up right.

 I think the problem is that Vizzed's NullDC emulator is corrupted (I have nullDC downloaded and it works fine, so it is on Vizzed's end.

 The name vega,balrog,bison for these characters are their japanese names as it is the japanese version of the game.

 It's strange that ,vega's name is balrog,balrog's is m.bison ,and m.bision is vega in character selection screen ,and battle screen ,their names are incorrect ,hmm.Everyone else is fine though
