I have a YouTube channel and I want to know what else you would like to see on it and stuff. I basically am a variety channel and I aspire to be YouTube famous one day. I love making videos and things and I post videos of me performing also. I've been thinking about making music videos of different show tunes (example : Hairspray, Into The Woods, Legally Blonde, [Title of Show], etc.). I also love doing challenges, so send me some your way if you can.

I'm also thinking of creating a character that I will portray and would like some names thrown around. I'm thinking of a full blown redneck. (and I can because I'm from Mississippi, so I have a right.)

I have been performing for basically all of my life (Ok, really since about second grade, but playing pretend counts, right?). Throughout middle and high school I was involved in a community Theatre troupe and held numerous roles (Mainly in musicals, my major in college is musical theatre. ). I would have to say in high school, my favorite role was either Edna(the mom) in Hairspray (I was the first in the state of Mississippi to play the role), Jack in  Into The Woods (I dyed my hair just for the role. As natural ginger as it could get.), or Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. I have had my fair share of roles in straight plays as well. But, now that I'm in college my love for performing (Dancing and singing also included) has just bloomed into something I had never imagined. I know this is what I want to do with the rest of my life. I have been in all four main-stage productions I have auditioned for [Me being only a Sophomore, it's a big deal and the shows are : Henry V, The Drunkard(Musical), Ice Island : The Wait For Shackleton (met the playwright and this show is based on a true life event) and currently, Curtains(Musical). I have had a lead in each of these productions.]




Now, I (out of my 10+ years of doing this) have finally gotten my first romantic lead in the musical, Curtains, in which I play Aaron Fox the composer. I am usually cast in those "weird" or "comic relief" roles, which is fantastic, but I have never been fully able to use my talents in a more natural, kind of way. I am excited to show everyone that I can play desperately in love with my wife (from which I am separated.)




I love talking to other actors and hearing their stories. If this is what you want to do with the rest of your life, just let me leave you with one words of advice. Most people say acting is reacting? Well, that's wrong. Acting is portraying real life and exposing the truths about our everyday world, even in different circumstances. Performing is something that takes hard work, discipline, and tons of dedication. It's literally survival of the fittest out there.
