I previously have use layouts made by others, I have requested to change codes to make the layouts, that are "mine" but with the current changes, I need something new... Well, I love Star Wars, and one of those would be good, and I like the Punisher, there are some other things, I like Most layouts, just keep the colors mellow. (By that I don't want something that stands out from the entire site. I want some darker colors.)
I'll pay up to 30,000 Viz for a layout, but the rate depends on satisfaction... an Average layout, will get around 20,000 an awesome one may get more... It really depends on my mood, but either way, it'll be more than 20k.
To recap my wishes, I want Darker Background Colors, Something that doesn't draw too much attention, and as far as topic, Star Wars, Punisher, Portal (Game), Lord of the Rings, etc. If you need more details, you can ask something specific...
