This is a difficult subject for me for a few reasons:

1. I started using the internet at age 11 using XP (although discovered that newer OS versions are superior) scratch that, I was thinking of Apple II, lol
2. The RGR Plugin has had several updates of which needed to include XP support; so I had to test it on my ancient laptop which runs XP
3. Three, I forgot which one for three

>newer OSes are superior
>looks at Windows 10

This is not true in every case.

Not all that much anymore. I've been dealing with Windows 7 for a while and I prefer it. Although as of right now I'd take XP over what I'm using.. I'm running a dumb linux distro.

In a way, I'm alright with it, but it's not preferred at all.

I actually like Windows XP still, as it has a really good interface. If it was updated still, I'd probably still be using it, but instead I'm using Windows 10, which really isn't that bad to me.

As much as I enjoy Windows 7, I have to say Window XP was still much better. I don't know what it was. It just seemed a lot more user friendly. you could still use DOS a decant bit. I really wish they would do an updated XP. I would love to see what that. I can only image what a great operating system that would be.

Eek, this is tough. The problem is both operating systems carry a lot of exploitable loopholes which can lead to some hefty consequences. I find XP useful for testing old software on VMWare and sometimes viruses. It honestly depends though. Some people can live with it, some people can't.

As for using it as a main operating system? I doubt everyone would choose XP over 7, that's just plain bizarre, 7 has a lot more features and style to be considered as a modern operating system. XP, neither 2000 has this edge. 7 is a lot more stable, and more efficient when it comes to thumbnails. The taskbar can get really clogged up from all the fuss I make on the desktop.

I haven't really used it at my own house, but some of my friend's house have XP still and it's not that bad, even though it's a bit dated.

I like it. I mean, it is too exploitable, and I want to play current games so I do not use it, but it is nostalgic to explore it every now and then.

It did it's job when it came out, and it still works on old dinosaurs, so yeah, I suppose I like it.

I have XP, and then a PC with Vista, another with Windows 8, and now Windows 10. My XP PC sits in a closet, right next to my Vista. My Windows 8 PC is in another room, and my Windows 10 PC is in my game room. With that being said, while I like 10, there are issues, you have a lot of problems with running older games. XP though? You can run them with no problem. XP is still pretty damn good though. Just it's outdated. I wish Microsoft would take the good aspects of Windows 10, and mix it with the XP aspects, and boom, that could be the best OS they ever made.

I currently use Windows 10 and I don't have a problem with it and I don't understand the complaints. Works just fine for me.

As for XP, I once used an old Laptop that ran it. I didn't have a problem with that either. It did its job and that was that. I remember the computers at my old high school used to run XP but then they upgraded to vista and the poor things just couldn't handle it. They became to slow. I don't know what they were thinking when they upgraded. The computers were too old for it. I hear they don't even have computer labs in schools anymore though really. Or at least the ones in my city.

Nothing will ever beat Windows 98 though!
