My Moveset:

Item: Liechi Berry

Moves:
Endure
Reversal
Stone Edge
Bullet Punch

Ability: Unburden

EVs: High in Attack and Speed

This set will wreck most things with proper prediction. First, Spam Stone Edge until you see the opponent use an attack that takes 50-75%, and use Endure next turn (unless you are dead). Then, spam Reversal against everything except Sigilyph. You will outspeed  most dudes that are unboosted, as well as KO many things wih base 200 STAB. Just beware of fairies.

My best friend used to use a similar moveset to this and it worked like a charm. It was the bane of mine; and everyone else on the servers existence .
What nature would work better for this set, Jolly or Adamant?

This sounds like a set I would run to be honest. This is perfect because the only two stats Hitmonlee really needs are speed and attack, so you don't have to waste time investing in anything else. Out of the tyrouge evolution line, Hitmonlee is my favorite because of his design and even because of the lame pun on Bruce Lee XD

DARKANINE : I personally think a Jolly nature would work slightly better, Hitmonlee already has an impressive base 120 attack stat which will still punch huge holes in other teams without an attack beneficial nature. By picking Jolly, you can outspeed more threats, and make the best out of that base 87 speed. That's just what I would do though.

I actually tried that once, but my preferred set for Hitmonlee is

Hitmonlee (M) @ Normal Gem
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

I find that to work a lot better because it's a lot less risky with Hitmonlee being so frail on the physical side, you can immediately take advantage of unburden and go adamant, and because priority completely counters your set.

Still fun to use though.
