Here's a random and peculiar question for those who are in school or just recently had school. All of us long for summer vacation to rest after our long hard work in school. The long time away from school has an effect on how you write. So my question is this: Typically after summer vacation and when you return to school, do you write better or worse?

For me, I actually tend to write better in the beginning of the school year because I have the mentality wanting to start my year well, but it would feel very weird because I don't write a lot during the summer.

When school ends I crash hard. I completely delete remove any school-related thoughts and focus on relaxing. I spend little to no time on any subject.

For me, its really as bad as it can get and the summer months don't really change anything because it can't get any worse because everything I do during the school year is online, heck, even for English, 90% of everything that we had to give in was typed. I remember a time where I used to go to school with maybe 4 or 5 notebooks in my bag, but now I just take a laptop and a folder with me. I just don't physically write on paper anymore.

I typically don't write a lot using my hand during the summer, and don't practice my use of swedish much either so I tend to be a bit "rusty" during the start of the school year, though I usually pick up on things again after about a week, so it's really more about getting into the rhytm.

My handwriting isn't really the prettiest either way but readable hopefully XD I can write pretty fast though for what that's worth.

I don't think that will be as much of an issue now or hope so at least because we're using laptops a lot of school which you could say I've practiced all summer XD Just need to remember to be more formal in my writing.
