I'll try to make this quick and expand on it later since it's a busy week for me and I really should be
sleeping.

Games I've played:
Star Fox Zero - The new controls take a little getting used to, but seem like they'll be better in the long run thanks to being able to aim independently from your ship movement. Also, the graphics are quite nice and it seems to play more like Star Fox 64 from the two levels that were available.
Zelda: Tri Force Heroes - Clearly uses the same engine as A Link Between Worlds, and that's cool. It plays well, but sharing a life bar can make it challenging if someone on your team is bad or a troll. Also, since you're dealing with other players, it can be hard to predict what they'll do, so it's easy to accidentally knock them into an abyss. Overall though, really fun game.
Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash - It's a fairly standard platformer, but it has the gameplay mechanic of hitting things with your cord and grappling onto stuff. It doesn't stand out all that much, but it seems to be a good platforming game if you like those (I do).
Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash - I'm not super familiar with the Mario Tennis series, but this one definitely looked and played nice. There were a lot of different hits you could do, including an apparently new jump shot. Also, mega mushrooms periodically appeared to make you giant and have a wider range to hit the ball. Hitting the ball in special circles would let you do special shots also.
Metroid Prime Federation Force (Blast Ball) - This game looks simple, but I actually really enjoyed it and am interested in seeing how strategies will develop for it. I also saw a rubbery ball appear which bounced more than usual.
Super Mario Maker - You can probably tell what this game entails by watching a few videos. It plays just like SMB1, SMB3, SMW, and NSMBU, but there's a whole lot of really cool design stuff you can do in it. It'll definitely be a blast to play everyone's custom levels.
Kitchen (Project Morpheus tech demo) - Holy crap, Morpheus is amazing. This was a horror tech demo in which your hands are tied and you're stuck in a chair. You can use your controller's motion controls to move your hands around, but otherwise you just watch as the scene unfolds around you (a creepy girl kills a guy in the room and then sneaks up on you, taunts you with a knife, and presumably kills you too). This was my first experience with VR and it was the same kind of leap in gaming tech as the jump from 2D to 3D for me. It was so immerssive that I wanted to close my eyes at points since it was so creepy and real (I didn't though). This was the one demo that made me want to immediately jump back in line and try it again (although on a different game if possible). Technically speaking, the only issues I had were that my glasses felt pressed uncomfortably to my face and I was able to see the texture of the screen if I made an effort to focus on it.
General E3 Impressions - Standing in line and playing games for 6+ hours a day is really tiring. There are a lot of cool people to talk to though and it's a really cool experience. Also, Reggie walked right by me at one point, I got a selfie with GameXplain (and applied for a translator job from them), and before E3, I was able to hang out with two people who played in Nintendo World Championship (TheMexicanRunner and Mr.Blarney).
I'll try to write more detailed impressions on
my blog starting on Saturday or Sunday.
