So, the question this time is simple. How long have you ever been without Internet?

Mine was a month and a half. We were having Internet problems and the urge to go to the cyber café was overwhelming. But I decided to not go since I was lazy . I did my homework early and reread my whole book collection instead...(And banging my head on walls...)

I think i went without Internet for about a week once. I was one vacation, so i really didn't feel the need to bring it. I know it's not an impressive feat to many, but it is to me since Internet is essentially my bloodline (sad, i know, but true).

Well, I didn't have an internet connection during all of 2009, and most of 2010. And before that, half of 2008. So probably like two and a half years? It wasn't that bad, though, since at the time I had alienated all of my online friends and was a complete outcast.

If this question does NOT include my childhood..... I believe the longest I've ever gone... was a week at most. Unfortunately, my job has always required use of the internet, so it's available at the schools.  (for recording grades and attendance.)  

I don't think I'd be upset if I had no access to the Internet, and in fact, losing it might help me prioritize better and make more time for the things I really WANT to do. It'd force me out into the real world to face my fears and incompetencies.  

I'd probably be upset and bored at first, but I move on rather quickly.  (My husband couldn't live without internet though, so I can't give it a try. XD)

The only thing I'd like miss is being able to contact my my online friend(s) whenever I want. But I think we'd find a way to keep in touch.

3 freaking weeks. I literally sat in my room doing nothing because all I ever do is programming in my spare time. It was then I realized that this machine is useless to me without internet. Even my work is very limited to what I can do without it.

I've gone years without internet and I was just fine, I actually prefer console game myself. So, all my friends kept complaining and making fun of me for not having internet. Then when I picked it back up again, I didn't tell anyone until much, much later. Now, they still (jokingly) make fun of me for "not having internet"... My friends are weird.

And also childhood. Didn't really have internet until I was... Hell, probably 16 or something... 

What I'm saying is, if all internets died, I would still be fine with my massive library of video games. Now, if the electricity died... I'd still have books... But I'd be SO bored.
