It's been a good competition that I actually tried to participate in and it's been a good first one. Thanks to everyone who joined in this competition!

It took you two years,, but you finally win a TdV, making people forget about how you almost DQ'd yourself from the TdV a couple of TdV's back.

Congrats...will we ever see it happen again?

sonicmcmuffin : I hope you don't plan on laying down and sleeping now that you have won Yellow, now you need to go out and be active.

zanderlex : Considering that I probably slept the same amount of hours in 31 days as most normal people do in 10, I'm just trying to catch up on sleep.

I still am planning to write my first impressions, and replying to threads. But besides that I'll be focusing more on gaming and real life. 

Overall it was nice to be the first (I think) Person in the United Kingdom to win a jersey outright.

Davideo7 : Congratulations on winning this TdV and the red jersey! It's so awesome to see someone win their own competition and break the record for most points in it!!! I wouldn't be surprised if you don't hold the record for even a year since zanderlex plans on competing for the win at least one more time.

zanderlex : Congrats on winning the blue jersey! You're one of the most fierce TdV competitors ever, especially for the blue jersey. I knew that you would win it!

sonicmcmuffin : Congrats on winning the yellow jersey! You deserved it more than anyone else due to how much you've done for the site and how much of a quality poster you are.

kramer4077 : Congrats on winning the green jersey! Most of your 145 points came from the green jersey alone, which is really amazing.

Linkums : Congrats on winning the rainbow banner! You held it almost the entire month and you got several more points than you needed to win it!

Even though there was no competition for the rainbow other than David and Zander (and thing1 before he got DQ'd), this was even better than the last TdV in my opinion. Since there was barely any competition for the rainbow banner, there was a lot more competition for the jerseys (mostly the daily jerseys), which was so cool to see, and it made the competition a lot more interesting to me.

Next TdV should be even more interesting because IgorBird might be competing for the rainbow and the red jersey, just like Davideo7 did. Also, if he wins, he'll be the first local mod to do so.

PacmanandMariofan : Thank. This is my 5th straight top 10 finish, 3rd top 5, and 2nd top 2 so far, but it seems to be getting harder each season.

Davideo7 : isn't this your first win ever of a major competition on Vizzed? I know you've participated in a lot of different things over the years but I can't remember you winning anything like this.

It'll be strange seeing your name in rainbow for another month

geeogree : I've won a few RGR tournaments and competitions but this is the first time I've won the TdV. I did win the VCS once but it was a tie with legacyme3.

You correct that I've participated in a lot of different things, I usually try to participate in as many of my own competitions as I can because I love to compete and I love to make the competitions more interesting. Only a few times have I really taken the competitions seriously enough to try to win, I usually just compete to either get into the top 3 or to make whoever is aiming for first really earn it.

Davideo7 :  haha..... Congrats on breaking my record by 8 points!  (If I remember my own record correctly, I mean.)

My mother-in-law will be going home today, so I'll have a bit more free time. I can't promise it will last or even come around again once my new job starts, but it's nice to just breathe in some solitude.  XD

I think you might hold the record for awhile unless someone else is set on breaking it.  I'll get it back SOME day... maybe?

I remember when you and I tied for that VCS win. It was funny, because I actually won the final day of the competition, to take a 10 point lead, but decided to disqualify myself because most of the posts I made that day were staff related, and I didn't feel I deserved credit for the VCS for it

I think that was also either my 5th or 6th VCS win. I honestly forget. I won pretty much every VCS it felt, and the ones I didn't win, I was in the top 3 for. How time flies.

Singelli : The reason I think the record will be broke within the next few TdV's is because when someone dominates the TdV, they usually slow down toward the end. Now that users are aware that we're keeping track of this record, it gives them incentive to keep going, even if they are dominating the competition.

legacyme3 : Not only that but we made an agreement to end the competition in a tie since we were so equally matched. It would've been a real dick move of you to go against our agreement anyway.

Not that a real dick move would have been particularly out of character (at the time). I really liked winning things (I still do, to an extent, but not enough to actively seek a win anymore) and would exploit any weakness.

I forget if we actually made an agreement. I think it was a one sided un-spoken agreement or something, because I don't recall actively saying "let's go for the tie."

I do remember thinking it was cool, and told myself that if the competition was close to ending in a tie, I would make every effort to have it result in a tie.

This is old news so it's time to place this into the Treasure Can where it deserves
