My lord!  What are you people doing at night?

I can't find anything interesting that happens late and I have a little kid and a dog so I'm in bed 9:15 to 9:30 pm.  I'm asleep pretty quick and as long as the dog doesn't wake me up, I'll good until about 5:45 am.  My wife wakes up to go to work and I usually assist with our baby to get my wife out the door quickly.

I like going to bed around 9:30.  I get great sleep.  I hit a rhythm and I feel good all day long.  Every so often I have to stay up for work or for a project and I feel groggy and terrible the next day.  There's something wonderful in going to bed early, sleeping well, getting up and having the entire day to achieve things.  It works for me.

I normally try to go to sleep by 22:00. Doing so gives me plenty of rest-time, and I feel a whole lot better the next day. Whenever I stay up later than that I feel awful the next day, and it just makes me miserable. Sometimes I really can't get to sleep, and I do end up staying up later and feeling groggy, but I can't help that, it is not by choice (most of the time).

It depends on how I'm working. Lately with my lax schedule, I've been going to bed around 4:00 in the morning. I just can't seem to get to sleep anymore. I'm usually up around 10-12 if I go to bed at that time.

For me, it depends on whether I have school or not. When I have school, I tend to go to bed at 11pm.  During the summer, when I don't have to worry about school, I go to bed whenever I feel sleepy, which is usually between midnight and 3am.
