Assuming you can make couples out of pokemon Skitty and Wailord... They're just a perfect fit. And I agree with maguc about Brock and Roark maybe even get Roxanne in there to make it the perfect love triangle... I'm joking (i'm not).

Weedle and Caterpie I think would be a good couple. They both evolve at the same rate, and they both evolve in the same way. They would be perfect for each other, in my opinion. Now all you need is one of them to be male and the other female, of course. And they could have millions of babies, just like all bugs do! I guess the Caterpie would be the female, since it eventually becomes a butterfly. A Butterfree and a Beedrill...they should make a new baby Pokémon that is created from the two. I think that would be pretty cool.
